We attend at borrowers' homes and ascertain the reason for their morgage arrears. We attempt to seek solutions intended to ensure borrowers meet their mortgage payments. We compile a detailed report with up to date information about the borrowers' circumstances. Together with a property condition report and value. We attend on pre-eviction visits and occupancy verification.
We also undertake buy-to-let enquiries. |
